大采高工作面区段窄煤柱合理尺寸研究

Study on reasonable size of district sublevel small coal pillar in High Cutting Coal Miming Face

摘要: 以亭南煤矿二盘区大采高工作面及区段煤柱为研究背景,采用理论计算、现场实测分析了煤柱中部核区宽度及破坏范围,并通过数值模拟分析了盘区已采工作面侧向应力的影响范围及四种不同尺寸煤柱塑性破坏情况。研究结果表明:煤柱破坏情况受采动影响较大;在距煤柱边缘0~3m范围内为破碎区,距煤柱边缘3~6m范围内发生不同程度的破坏,但仍具有一定的承载能力;采空区侧向低应力区为4~20m;当宽度为10~12m时煤柱中部破坏小,结构稳定,最终确定适合亭南矿区段窄煤柱合理尺寸为10~12m。

Abstract: Taking the determination of high cutting fully mechanized coal mining face and district sublevel coal pillar in the second panel of Tingnan Coal Mine as the engineering background, Theoretical calculation and field measurement had been used to analysis elastic central zone of district sublevel small coal pillar and failure scope, and the influencing scope of lateral abutment pressure of the gob and variation range of plastic area of 4 different coal pillar widths were obtained by numerical simulation. The results showed that the destruction of a coal pillar was greatly affected by mining; in the range of 0~3 m far from the edge of coal pillar was crushing zone. And the scope that different degrees of failure occurred at edge of coal pillar was 3~6 m, and in this scope it has certain capacity. The low lateral abutment pressure scope near the gob was about 20 m; there was a certain limit of stable region in the middle of the coal pillar when its width was 10-12 m. Finally, the reasonable width of district sublevel small coal pillar suitable for Tingnan coal mine was determined as 10~12 m.
